1. Eligibility for Returns

1.2 Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at rockandturfmat@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
3.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3.3 Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds

5. Exchanges
